Easy Parsley & Basil Hummus
To a high speed blender add 1/4 cup of tahini

Add 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Blend for about 1 minute

Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Add a handful of parsley, stems removed and roughly chopped

Add a handful of basil, stems removed and roughly chopped

Add 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
7
Add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
8
Add half a tin of drained & rinsed chickpeas

Blend & Stir x 3

Add the remaining tin of washed & rinsed chickpeas and blend & stir x 3

Transfer to a small serving bowl

Serve with chopped vegetables or wholegrain crackers
