In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Whisk together to combine and set aside.

Combine vegetable oil and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Mix together on low speed.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing to combine.

Add in the peaches—you can use canned (drained) or fresh!

Mix on low speed or stir gently just to combine.

Add in the dry ingredients, mixing only until incorporated.

Batter will be fairly thick.
Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.

If desired, drizzle a glaze made with powdered sugar, peach juice, and vanilla extract over the bread.
Cool, slice, and serve!
