Preheat oven to 375°. Peel and slice 3 cups fresh peaches.

Place prepared pie crust in Deep Dish Pie Plate.

Press crust to fit then,

Arrange peaches in pie crust.

Wisk 2 eggs, add 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup heavy whipping cream,

Add dash salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix well.

Pour mixture over peaches, sprinkle with cinnamon then bake at 375° until center is almost set, 40-50 minutes.

Serve warm, or for firmer pie, chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
