Sprinkle seasoning in bowl.

Pour in vinegar. And whisk.

Whisking to dissolve some of the seasoning.

Sprinkle in two table spoons of sugar. And whisk until dissolved.

Add a good plop of Duke’s Mayo! And whisk until smooth.

Pour into a Ball jar to save for later. Leave some left in the bowl to toss with the cabbage.

Spread the leftover sauce up the sides of the bowl.

Add cabbage and a little more dressing and mix well.

All done! Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready.
