What you’ll need: olive oil, garlic, red wine, dry oregano, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, onion powder, and fresh basil.
Heat your oil on medium heat, and sauté fresh garlic for 30 seconds.
Add red wine and heat until it’s reduced by half, about 2 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Stir until well combined, then cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Uncover and stir in fresh basil.
Done! Use now or freeze for later!
