That’s what you’ll need.
Blend shredded coconut in a food processor.
Add some coconut oil and vanilla extract.
Add date paste, cornstarch, aquafaba and salt. Blend again.

Scoop out into mounds on a prepared baking sheet using an ice cream scoop.
Bake at 190 C° (375 °F) for 13-15 minutes. Let them cool down then enjoy!😋
