Find your center on the chair and sit tall.

Inhale and relax the entire body and watch the belly.

Hands are relax in a comfortable position or your favorite mudra.

Head is center. Relax jaw, tongue, and throat.

Just breathe.

Set an intention and get grateful!

Press palms away. Sternum up and shoulders down.

Wrist rolls.

Flex and point toes. Circle the ankles. Make sure to circle in both directions.

Take it to the other side.

Now both.

Inhale into the shoulders. Feel the space on the exhale.

Keep breathing into the chest and back body. Namaste.
