Easy Roasted Chicken With The Crispiest Skin
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Combine olive oil with spices in small bowl and mix well.

Rub half spice mixture under skin and remaining on outside.

Using some kitchen twine, tie up the chicken legs and wings.

Place in your preheated oven and immediately reduce the heat to 375 degrees.

Roast approximately 20 minutes per pound, until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Let rest 10 minutes before carving.

Make gravy with pan drippings. Heat on stove and add white wine. Reduce by half.

Add cornstarch water slurry and cook until gravy has thickened.
