Easy Roasted Garlic & Chive Pizza Crust
What you'll need

2 1/2C Bread Flour
2.5 tbsp
Roasted Garlic Gourmet Ghee
1.5 tsp
3/4 tsp
1 packet
Active Dry Yeast
Olive oil
3/4 cup
Warm Water
In a large mixing bowl add one cup of bread flour, yeast packet, salt and sugar.
Add in 2 tbsp chives to dry ingredients and use dough hook to mix or wooden spoon.
Add in 2 tbsp melted Roasted Garlic Gourmet Ghee! This adds great flavor to your crust & helps it crisp!
Add 3/4 cup warm water and stir well using dough hook. Warm water is important as activates yeast!
Gradually add in another cup of bread flour. Keep stirring until dough forms into a ball and no residue is left on sides of bowl.
Once dough forms a ball, place in a large bowl that is coated in olive oil. Coat the dough ball, cover tightly with plastic wrap & let sit for 30 min
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once the dough has doubled in size, move to a lightly floured surface and knead for a minute or two.
Roll dough out and cut into a circle. Place on a sheet of parchment paper.
Lightly brush with roasted garlic gourmet ghee. Using a fork, poke holes into your crust to keep bubbles from forming.
Make your pizza! Sauce, cheese & toppings! Whatever makes your heart happy!
Bake at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown!
