Easy Rustic Artisan Bread
Add flour, water, yeast and salt to a mixer and mix just until blended. This can be done by hand!
Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Allow to rest from 8-24 hours. The longer it rests the better the “sourdough” flavor.
Turn dough onto a floured counter and quickly and carefully shape into a round loaf.
Score loaf and bake until golden brown. Your family will love the crispy crust and soft texture!
This loaf is delicious dipped in olive oil with garlic and Parmesan. It has a hearty texture.
