Easy Skillet Steak Fajitas
Easy Skillet Steak Fajitas are packed with bold, smoky flavor with just a hint of spice, plus they’re super easy to prepare.

Slice the onion and peppers, mince the garlic, and measure the fajita seasoning. (A poblano is totally optional.) Slice the steak into strips.

Heat 2 tbls oil in a large skillet, and add the peppers and onion. Cook about 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.

Add the minced garlic and spice mix, and stir.

Add the steak, and cook about 3 minutes to sear the steak. Mix in about a 1/3 cup of water. Stir to coat the meat and veggies.

Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortillas or a lettuce wrap for a lower carb option.
