Easy Spinach Chia Pudding
To a blender add 4 pitted & chopped dates

Add 2 handfuls of spinach

Add 2 cups of coconut milk

To a bowl add 8 tablespoons of chia seeds

Add your spinach mixture

Stir and pop in the fridge for 8 hours to allow it to set

Pop into glasses or jars (2 large/4 small)

Top with fruit and nuts of your choice & enjoy
