Easy Stovetop Mac & Cheese
Melt 6 Tbs Butter. Whisk in 6 Tbs Flour.
Add 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
Slowly add 5 cups milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick & creamy.
Shut off heat. Add 4-5 cups shredded cheddar.
Stir cheese sauce into 1 lb cooked pasta.
