Easy Strawberry Shortcake
Two-ingredient biscuits make this delicious dessert easy to make!

Add 2 lbs. fresh strawberries, stems removed

Combine strawberries, 1/2 C. Sugar, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, juice from half a lemon

Use the Citrus Press to juice the half lemon.

Mash strawberries with Mix ‘N Chop

Combine self-rising flour and cream.

Use large scoop to add dough to top.

Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar and bake at 400* about 20 minutes.
