Easy Stuffed Peppers!
Use the Mix ‘N Chop and brown 1lb of ground beef.

Shhh...grab your favorite store bought Spanish rice! Major time saver!

Prepare the Spanish rice according to the package.

Drain the ground beef once it’s browned.

Add the ground beef to the fully cooked Spanish rice. Mix well!

Cut your bell peppers in half, and remove the vein and stems. Place in your baking dish.

Fill the peppers with the rice mixture & top with shredded cheese! Add the extra rice to the dish.

Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, and enjoy!
