Add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup butter (melted), 3 Tbsp sugar & 1/8 tsp salt to a blender. Mix.
Place your pan over medium heat & melt 1/2 tsp butter.
Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Quickly tilt & rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly.
Cook until the crepe bubbles and the bottom is lightly browned. Turn the crepe and cook a few more seconds.
Add nutella or jam & fold in half, then in quarters.
Favorite filings: Nutella or blueberry preserves w/ lemon zest. Top w/ powdered sugar!Enjoy!
