Easy Swirl Brownies (Without Flour!)
Let’s make some swirl brownies! These are deliciously decadent + a healthy dessert option. Gather your ingredients!
Mix the wet ingredients first! Sunflower seed butter (or nut butter), chia egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Mix it up! Don’t forget to taste test.

Grease your pan with vegan butter, coconut or avocado oil, or use parchment paper! Evenly spread the batter.

Add a few dollops of seed or nut butter on top. Use a chopstick or a knife to swirl it.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°. Insert a toothpick to check if they’re done (it should come out clean!)

Let cool for 25 minutes! The hardest step. Tip: after cooling, use a plastic knife for a clean cut!

Enjoy alone or try pairing with coconut milk ice cream!
