Gather supplies: scrapbook paper, scissors, 1/4" hole punch, & twine.

Print or draw a teapot/teacup template (about 6-8") and trace onto the back of scrapbook paper.

Cut out pieces (with scissors and/or craft knife).

Punch two holes in the top of each piece.

Thread twine through the cut-outs.

I used 12 cut-outs for an 8' garland and 7 cut-outs for 50" garland shown here (add 12-18" on each side of twine for hanging if desired).
