Easy Thai Chicken Pizza with Pretty Thai Peanut Sauce
A bright combination of Thai flavors that can be on your plate in 20 minutes. Perfect for a quick meal or serve it as a delicious appetizer!

Base ingredients per pizza (serves 2-3): 1/4 cup sliced red onion, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 oz sliced cooked chicken.

Mix the crunchy Thai slaw topping: 1 cup each sliced carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, plus 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts & cilantro.

Add 1/4 cup Pretty Thai Peanut Sauce, 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, a sprinkle of Pretty Thai Seasoning Salt. Mix & set aside.

Make the pizza: Spread 1/2 cup Pretty Thai Peanut Sauce over store-bought flatbread or pizza base & spread evenly.

Add 1 cup shredded cheese, 4 oz cooked chicken, sliced red onion. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake in a preheated 425F oven until cheese is bubbly.

Yum! Top the warm pizza with the crunchy Thai slaw, a sprinkle of chopped peanuts, and a nice drizzle of Pretty Thai Peanut Sauce.

Optional but delicious Coconut Cream drizzle to finish. Mix 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup coconut cream, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp chopped cilantro.
