Easy Twice Baked Potatoes
Wash potatoes well. Poke each potato several time with a sharp knife. Bake @ 400F for one hour.

Check to make sure they are fork tender.

Cut off the very top of the potatoes and scoop out flesh into a large mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, pepper and 3 tbsp butter. Mash them up.

Add 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and 4 slices of bacon in crumbles.

Stuff potato shells

Top with more cheese

Bake @ 400F for 15-20 minutes
