Russet potatoes; cut in half lengthwise, again and again until there’s 8 wedges per potato

Soak your potato wedges in hot water for 10 min. This is pertinent in obtaining crispiness!

Drizzle avocado oil on wedges and coat thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously sprinkle your truffle salt all over potatoes.

Cook on 375 for 20 min and flip each wedge. Sprinkle more truffle salt and bake for 15 min on 425.

Serve with fave dipping sauce or eat alone! Delish!
