Easy Vegan Fettuccini Alfredo
This creamy vegan alfredo sauce is perfect for pasta night! It’s dairy free, oil free, egg free, and can be easily made gluten free.
Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup cashews, 1/2 onion, 3 garlic cloves, nooch, juice from 1 lemon, salt, pepper, and rosemary together in a blender.
For a looser sauce, thin with reserved pasta water or plain unsweetened dairy-free milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Enjoy!
