Easy Vegetable Frittata

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Chop your veggies - any kind you want to include/have on hand!

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté your veggies for a few minutes to soften

Add your sautéed veggies into a greased deep baking dish; top with crumbled goat or feta cheese

Whisk eggs + milk in a large bowl, then pour over the veggies

Optional (but delicious): add a little crumbled bacon or smoked salmon on top

Into the oven! Set a timer for ~35 minutes

When a knife comes out clean, it’s ready!
