Easy Veggie Stir Fried Rice Dumpling Bowl
Start with cold rice made earlier in day or night before , and purchased frozen potstickers, frozen peas, pepper, onion and 3 eggs!

Chop broccolini or broccoli into bite size pieces

Dice 1 red pepper into bite size pieces

Dice 1 onion (white or red)into a small dice (1/2 the size dice of the pepper)

Time to make the dipping sauce! Start with 1 tsp fresh shredded ginger and 1/2 tsp. shredded garlic in a 2 teaspoons rice wine

Now add about 1/4 cup soy sauce, & a few drops sesame oil. Now add a bit more rice wine vinegar.

Add about a teaspoon of black and white sesame seeds

Whisk 3 eggs

Add oil to hot pan and to wok and heat, then cook eggs

Set eggs aside and cover with foil

Once vegetable oil is hot add frozen potstickers to pan

Brown potstickers on all sides, turning as needed

Add 1/2 stick of butter to wok

Time to add a little water to potstickers

Cover potstickers to steam, add onions and garlic to hot wok

Add chopped onion and stir

Add another 1/2 stick of butter and cold rice

Continue to stir and allow to slightly “fry”. Place bag of frozen peas into microwave for half the time on package.

Add in broccolini (or chopped broccoli) to the rice

Stir to heat

Add red peppers

Stir in cooked egg!

Add in bag of peas

Add in egg and break up and heat thru!

Place rice and potstickers in bowl!

Add sauce!
