Easy Vietnamese Beef Salad
Make the steak marinade by mixing lime juice, fish sauce, and garlic ginger paste. Pour marinade over steaks. Allow to soak for at least 20 minutes.
Cook dried rice noodles. Add the cooked rice noodles to the bowl with the chopped salad ingredients, cover, and place in the fridge.
Place a griddle pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks. Cook on each side for a pink middle. Remove from the pan and wrap them in foil.
In the meantime, prepare the Asian salad dressing. Mix together sesame oil, the juice of 1 lime, fish sauce, and honey. Mix well.
Unwrap the steak from foil. Thinly slice the steak and place on top of the salad.Pour over the Vietnamese salad dressing, serve, and enjoy!
