Easy Weeknight Stir Fry
Chop all your veggies! Set aside. (The cabbage and garlic was pre-chopped).

Add oil to your pan & cook onion, broccoli & garlic. Stir fry for about 5 minutes or until the broccoli turns bright green.

Push the veggies up the side of the pan & add more oil. Add your eggs and cook to medium hard. Flip & mix in.

Add the shredded cabbage & cooked rice. (This was leftover, so it had some extra veggies in it).

Add 1/2 cup Pretty Thai Tiger Smirk. Mix in & taste test!

Sprinkle green onion on top & Pretty Thai Chili Powder.
