Easy Wild Garlic Or Herb Butter
Heat 1 tbsp of butter or olive oil over medium heat and add your washed chopped wild garlic or herbs (4oz)

Sauté just a few minutes until softened - allow to cool a few minutes

Add two sticks of softened butter to food processor or mixer

Add your cooled wild garlic

Process until smooth

Empty into sealed container or plastic wrap and roll

Into a log - keep refrigerated/frozen - I add mine to pasta, fry eggs in it, make garlic bread, scones or butter rolls with it
