Edible Cookie Dough Easter Egg Truffles
Add butter and both sugars, then cream until it comes together.

Add vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt, then mix again.

Add milk and repeat.

Scrape the sides of the bowl.

Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Use a regular size cookie scoop to form dough balls.

Form each ball into a disk about 1/2" thick, then shape like an egg.

Add chocolate and butter to a bowl, then microwave in short bursts until mostly melted, stirring each time. Let the residual heat melt the last bit.

Dip eggs one by one into the melted chocolate, then shake to remove excess chocolate.

If you wish, melt a contrasting chocolate and drizzle stripes to decorate them.

Once hardened, serve or refrigerate up to two weeks.
