Edible Cookie Dough Frosting
Add two sticks softened butter to a stand mixer. Use a good quality butter like Kerry gold.

Measure 1 cup of flour and place on a paper plate. Microwave for 1 minute to heat treat it and remove any bacteria.

Add 1 cup packed brown sugar to the mixer.

Cream together the butter and sugar for about 1 minute or until pale yellow.

Add 1/4 cup milk and mix to combine.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.

Mix to combine.

Add 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix on low to combine.

Then add the cooked flour and mix to combine.

Add 1 cup chocolate chips and mix just to combine.

Use on top of brownies, cake or cupcakes.
