Egg puff stuffing
Oil,1 onion,1 tomato,green chilli,capsicum,salt,Turmeric and red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste.
Toss oil, sauté onion and green chilli
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few mins.
Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add Turmeric and red chilli powder
1/4 cup water and cook the masala
Garnish with coriander leaf. Egg puff stuffing is ready!!
2 Boiled egg cut into half
Cut the puff pastry into square shape.Fill the with stuffing masala and a boiled egg.
Egg wash or milk wash the sides. Fold the corners and apply some on top of the puff
Bake at 355 degree for 18-20 min till the color change.
