Egg Roll In A Bowl Salad - 4 Meal Ideas
The Ingredients for the salad

Medium heat: heat skillet for 5 min, add 1T oil, fry chicken till color changes. Add garlic & onion.

Add sriracha, 1T of GF, low-sodium soy sauce, mix. Add 1 egg, S/P to taste, mix. -use tongs

Add cabbage, mix. Add more sriracha & S/P to taste. Mix. Voila !

Meal 1: the rice bowl- Add to cooked rice, quinoa, couscous. Top with scallions & serve.

Meal 2: salad- cut a GF tortilla & air fry @ 400 deg. for 8 min. Add to salad for egg roll crunch.

Meal 3: the spring roll- Cut a GF Tortilla in half, add mixture, roll, airfry @ 400 deg for 5-8 min.
