Eggless Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Gather and weigh all your ingredients. Melt butter to liquid state and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine all your dry ingredients

In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter and plain yoghurt

Add the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just to combine. (Don’t over mix!)

Gently fold in the chocolate chips being careful not to overmix.

Fill 12 muffin cases, sprinkle some rolled oats onto the batter (optional), then bake at 170C/325F/Gas 3 for 22-25 minutes.

Cool in baking tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. Tip: these taste even better the following day 😊 Enjoy!
