Shuck the ears of corn.

Boil (or grill) the corn for 15 minutes.

Take duro blando queso (Salvadoran cheese)...

... and grate it finely.

Cut each ear of corn and insert a wooden stick into core as a handle.

Brush mayonnaise on each corn.

Roll each corn in the grated cheese.

Apply mustard, ketchup and salsa inglesa on the corn. Enjoy!
