Eliminate Low Back Pain With These Quick Stretches!
If you want to get rid of the pain in your low back, follow the next stretches!
You will need your strap!
Find your tabletop position. Inhale, arch your back in your cow pose, exhale and push the mat away finding your cat. Repeat the movement at least 5x
Tuck the toes and find your Downward Facing Dog for at least 5 breaths
On your back, separate the feet almost as wide as your mat and windshield wiper the knees. Repeat the cycle 5 times and breathe.
Flex the right foot and cross the ankle on top of the left thigh for your figure 4 stretch. Hold it for 5 breaths and don't forget the second side!
Grab your strap to help you bring the knees to your chest and rock side to side to give your low back a gentle massage
And now you have a happy low back!
