Place Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven in Oven, Preheat Oven to 450°

Stuff Chicken with Lemon, Garlic Cloves, and Fresh Thyme.

Cut up 2lbs of Yukon Gold Potatoes into Bite Sized Pieces

Press 2 Cloves of Garlic into Potatoes Using Garlic Press

Add 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil to Potatoes

Remove Dutch Oven, Pour in Potatoes, Stir

Place Chicken in Dutch Oven. Brush Chicken with 1 tbsp of Olive Oil

Sprinkle with Paprika and Salt. Cover. Cook 45 min

Uncover, Cook for 15-20 More Minutes Until Skin is Crispy and Temp is 165°
