Add sugar, yeast, eggs

butter, salt, flour

and milk and mix ingredients together.

Beat for 5 minutes.

Dough will be sticky.

Put some olive oil on your hands to be able to hold the dough.

Form the dough into a ball.

Place in a greased bowl.

Cover in a plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours.

Dust the tray with semolina.

Punch the dough and pull it up together.

Roll out dough.

I then used a roller pin ( just use it from the start 😅)

Cut out circles and place on semolina dusted tray.

If dough is too sticky add some olive oil.

Cover properly in a plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes.

Cook the muffins on medium-low heat.

Check it from time to time. It should take around 10 minutes. If it took less time, lower the heat.

Once brown, flip to the other side. It will take around 8 minutes to cook.

Once brown, remove from heat and let them cool on a cooling rack.
