Everyday Pasta With Ground Beef & Chickpeas
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, then add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 lb ground beef, breaking up with heavy spoon.

And cook until beef begins to brown.
Add 1/4 cup red wine and 3 cloves minced garlic. Cook down the wine.

Add can of diced tomatoes along with 1 tsp dried basil and dried oregano. Simmer.

Add 12 ozs pasta to boiling water. Cook per package instructions.

After tomatoes have simmered for 10 minutes, stir in chickpeas.

Drain pasta when done, add to skillet.

Stir pasta in with sauce.

Plate pasta, top with grated cheese. Enjoy with an Italian red wine!
