Go dog sledding. I recommend Black Spruce Dog Sledding. They give such good service and take you through the mountain trails!
Visit Chena Hot Springs. This is a resort that you can stay at or just go to for the day. The hot springs are open for swimming year round!
Stay at Taste of Alaska Lodge. This was such an amazing BnB to stay at with great service, delicious breakfast, and a wonderful location!
View the Northern Lights. Fairbanks is a great place to see the northern lights during the winter! The further you can get from the city, the better
Go on a hike. The scenery in Fairbanks is beautiful whether it’s covered in snow or everything is green!
Go for a drive. If you visit in winter, just go driving around! The pine trees covered in snow are gorgeous!
Take a ride on the Alaska Railroad. If Fairbanks is only part of your Alaska trip, take the Alaska Railroad to your next destination!
Go snowmobiling. There are a few companies to rent snowmobiles from in Fairbanks. This is obviously a winter activity!
