1 step away from bell,push hips back, grab bell and tilt it to you, squeeze a sponge in armpits
Think about your feet and hips making a pyramid, and try to knock the tip of the pyramid off.
Think of trying to “catch” the bell with your hips.
Keep knocking the tip off of that pyramid, upper body should look like a moving plank.o
Be aggressive and after the set is over park the bell safely!
