Full body weighted workout!
Barbell clean - 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Rest for 1.5 minutes between sets

Push press - 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Rest for 1.5 minutes between sets

Dumbbell complex - 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Rest for 1.5 minutes between sets

Bulgarian split squat to good morning - 3 sets of 8-10 reps each leg. Rest for 1.5 minutes between sets

Bicep curl - 3 sets of 10 reps each arm. You can also do both arms at the same time. Superset with ➡️

Tricep kickback - 3 sets of 10 reps each arm. You can also do both arms at the same time. Rest for 30s between supersets

Kettlebell swing - 3 sets of 15 reps. Superset with ➡️

Push up - 3 sets of 10-15 reps. If you need assistance, raise the angle of your body by putting your hands on a bench, couch, or countertop. Rest 30s
