1. Boxer step🙌🏻repeat for 30 seconds

Slow motion of the boxer step: try to stay nice and light on your toes and keep your arms in💪🏻

Slow motion of footwork for the boxer step💯 transfer weight from one foot to the other.

2. Squat jumps🙌🏻 repeat x10 squats for this exercise

Slow motion of the squat jumps: try to stay on the front of your foot, keep wrists Together for the side swing and open to jump through 💪🏻

3. Run skip - repeat for 30 seconds 😁

Slow motion of the run skip: run on the spot whilst rotating wrists to move the rope🙌🏻🔥

You can adapt / change the reps / time to increase or decrease the intensity to suit you!😆
