Slider core workout! You can use actual sliders, sub them for paper plates or towels, or don’t put shoes on and just wear socks!
If you have sensitive wrists, perform these moves on your forearms instead
Bear hold in/out - 3 sets of 10 reps (in/out is 1 rep)

Mountain climber - 3 sets of 20 total climbers (10 each leg)

Plank jack - 3 sets of 10 reps (out/in is 1 rep)

Plank to pike - 3 sets of 10 reps (in/out is 1 rep)

Oblique twist crunch - 3 sets of 10 reps each side

Plank kickback - 3 sets of 10 kicks each leg
6
Wide mountain climbers - 3 sets of 20 climbers total (10 each leg)
7
Leg sweeps - 3 sets of 10 sweeps each leg
