Take a generous amount of face oil, warm it up, then apply it all over your face
Make a fist, push your fist up while you open your mouth and push your chin/ jaw down. There should be some resistance. Repeat 20 times

Put your hands in a prayer position and create an L shape. Push thumbs under chin, use other fingers to gently lift cheek upwards. Repeat 20x

Create a V shaped knuckle. Use one hand to hold your chin in place. Use the knuckle and massage jawline in upwards motion. 20x on each side
