Start: shoulders over hands/hips over heels. Breathe: pull belly up toward ceiling & chin to chest.

Once at highest point, drop hips back to “sit” on heels. Pull chest to knees while shldrs relax.

Breathe deeply & stretch shoulders, chest, & low back.

Exhale deeply & SLOWLY extend back to starting position.
