Wash apples and remove stems. Using a mallet, hammer bamboo apples sticks into apple tops.

In a microwave safe bowl, heat caramel in 30 second increments and stir.

Stir after each 30 second increment in the microwave until caramel is smooth.

It’s ready 🀀

Turn caramel bowl on an angle. Dip apple sideways and turn until all the sides are covered.

Use microwave safe bowl, heat merckens chocolate melts in 30 second increments. Stirring in between.

Careful not to scorch the chocolate! When chocolate is thin and smooth, it’s ready.

Repeat dipping process with chocolate. Tilt bowl. Sideways dip.

Use melted white chocolate in a piping bag and decorate apples.

Add orange chocolate for accent color and fall sprinkles. 🍁
