Family-Style Porterhouse
Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Coat porterhouse evenly and place in a ziplock bag with rosemary. Refrigerator overnight.
Wrap porterhouse in foil with rosemary. Place on grill from direct heat and cook slowly for 60-90 minutes, flipping once.
Remove steaks from foil, pat dry and brush with olive oil. Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Carve steak, and serve on a platter, garnished with lemon sea salt. Enjoy!
