Pizza Dough (previous Recipe)
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella 1 Cup Arabic Or Feta Cheese 1/3 Cup Minced Parsley 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Tsp Salt
Combine cheese, oil, parsley, & salt. Mix with hands

Divide dough into logs

Cut into smaller pieces about 1 inch

Cover for 5 minutes

Brush a cupcake pan with vegetable oil. Make sure to cover sides

Roll each ball just big enough to fit into the mold

Generously fill with cheese mixture

This works as well. It is the most common shape for cheese fatayer

Bake for 20 minutes on 350°
