Felt Flowers, Part 1: Roses
What you'll need
1 per flower
Sheet of felt
Scissors
Needle and thread
Pen
Shot glass
Hot glue gun and glue
I’m using a shot glass as a template to trace circles. You will want a circle that measures about 2”
1
Cut your circles. I wish I could cut this fast in real life!
3
Cut each circle in half.
4
Mark the bottom center of your first petal.
5
Sew petals together using a loose running stitch.
6
Each new petal starts behind the previous at center. Lightly gather as you go.
7
I like to finish my sewing where the last petal joins at center.
8
Roll your petals and glue as you go.
9
Cheers! You made something delightful! You can make an entire rose garden now!
