Add flour, dried fenugreek leaves and spices to a mixing bowl

Slowly add in water and knead to a stiff dough

Lightly grease the dough, cover and set aside for 10mins

Take a small portion of the dough and make it into a ball

Lightly flour the working surface and roll the dough thin (don’t worry about the shape ;)

Cut out into desired shape for the crispies

Place on a lined baking tray and it’s ready to bake
