Grind around 10-12 garlic cloves with 6-8 green chilies (add some water to do it)

Now mix: roasted zeera & dhaniya with salt, lemon, red chili, haldi, gg paste, oil & green paste

Apply to fish. Leave a couple of hours to marinate

Heat oil. Add kalongi, whole zeera, rai dana, round button chilies & Kari patta. Mix it all up

Add fried onion plus red chili, salt, haldi, dhaniya & zeera powder, & gg paste. Mix it all up well

Add purée of 4-5 medium sized tomatoes. Let it cook a few mins

Now add in 1/2 cup whipped dahi & 1/4 to 1/2 cup imlee pulp (diluted with some water). Cover & cook

Aside: shallow fry fish a couple mins on each side. Remove on paper towel.

Add fish to pot. Cover & cook on low. (Add some water if gravy looks too thick)
